In that screen shot we are watching one of the AMD product managers talk to the news media about AMD's processing power that went into the production of the second Star Wars trilogy. Windows video files were replicated to localized video servers globally for AMD employees to see. This was way before we had You Tube, and we were in no financial position to
put a lot of money into video bandwidth and infrastructure, so this was our homegrown solution.


The major regular production that was responsible for was the CEO's quarterly meeting with mangers. This was a large multi-site video meeting with 300+ onsite employees would be linked via satellite, and later -- and much less expensively, video conference to 300+ employees at worldwide locations, and then edited, encoded and webcast to all 14,000+ employees worldwide. The presentations slides were manually converted and time-synced to the video as well.
